Question
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
Answer
As soon as possible! If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is September 14, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided above, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we can not accept late RSVPs. We hope that you understand!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 3:00 pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished, and then join us for cocktail hour!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Example: Woman are more than welcome to wear any semi formal dress they would like. Men can wear a button up, dress pants/khakis, and a suit jacket (if they so desire). No jeans please!

ARE THERE ANY COLORS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams. We would prefer to limit the amount of black worn to our wedding. We find black a somber color and our wedding is a day of celebration!

SHOULD I BRING AN ID?
Answer
Yes, due to underage attendees the bar will require identification to confirm you are over the legal drinking age.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and include the names of who are invited. Due to space we are only able to accommodate those specifically invited. We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!

IS IT OKAY TO TAKE PICTURES WITH OUR PHONES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing team of photographers, and videographers, to capture all of our special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones after the ceremony!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Our venue has ample parking to accommodate our guests!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block but we recommend staying at the Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield at 380 Steinwehr Ave, Gettysburg, PA. Due to other events in Gettysburg during this weekend rooms are limited. Please ensure you book as early as possible.

WHERE ARE THE NEWLY WEDS HONEYMOONING?
Answer
We will be honeymooning in St. Lucia! This is our first island vacation and we are very excited for our week of bliss!
