When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 30th so the bride and groom can supply their vendors with a final head count and adequate time to prepare for said head count.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Attire for the wedding is fairly open. Traditionally, it would be requested that attendees not wear white as brides typically wear a white gown. The only request we have of our guests is that your attire is not black, as the bride will be wearing a black wedding gown. White is up for grabs, though! Attendees may also feel free to dress in costume if they’re feeling in the Halloween spirit. Please keep in mind that weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. If it is raining, the ceremony will be held inside the lodge with the reception to follow inside the lodge.

Is there a dress code for the reception?

Answer

Feel free to come as you are from the ceremony, or take the time during cocktail hour to get spooky and throw on a Halloween costume! It’s up to your discretion how you decide to show for the reception. Please note that while the ceremony is anticipated to be outdoors, weather permitting, the reception will be indoors in the lodge. Update to the reception dress code; a best costume trophy is looking for a proud owner. Costume is not required, but could be fun. Kids are encouraged to come in costume so if anyone wants to catch the tail of trick or treat there is no fuss over running home and changing clothes.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking space available at the venue and guests will be directed to parking space the day of the event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Feel free to let the bride and groom know of any important allergen information, but please relay this information by the RSVP date of September 30th to allow adequate time to make accommodations regarding the allergy/food sensitivity.

Smoking, vaping, etc.

Answer

As relayed by venue owners, smoking and vaping is not permitted at or inside of the venue. We thank you for respecting their wishes and our contract.
