Question
Where do I sign up for the shuttle?
Answer
If you haven't already signed up for a shuttle to the ceremony please use the link below to reserve your spot. The shuttles will take you to the cliffs where the ceremony takes place. The shuttles will run all night when guests are ready to leave and run back and forth. Will I be cold?
Answer
We are monitoring the weather and only the short ceremony is going to be outside. We will have blankets at the ceremony to keep guests warm and we have wraps/shawls for the women to keep warm! The cocktail hour will be tented with heaters. And the reception is inside. We will also have flats available for guests wanting to kick off their heels to dance in comfort!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal. We request that men wear suits and women should wear a floor length dress, midi dress, cocktail dress or dressy pantsuit. We have an assortment of 20 rescue flats for women that want to kick off their heels and dance!

Is there parking on site?
Answer
No. Parking at the venue is reserved for the wedding party that is staying on site all weekend. We will have shuttles taking people to and from the venue picking up and dropping off at the Holiday Inn Express West Jefferson. The shuttles will be running back and fourth all night and will not stop until the last guest has been taken back. Friendly reminder that ubers are very scarce in the high county and not always reliable. We highly recommend taking the shuttles to the venue to make sure you get there in time for the ceremony.

Where is the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place at the top of the cliffs overlooking the mountains. The shuttles will drive guests past the main estate and reception hall to the top of the cliffs.

Where is the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
The cocktail hour will be held on the deck of the reception hall and the reception will be held in the reception hall. The reception hall is across from the main estate and a short walk down from the cliffs where the ceremony is. There will be a golf cart for guests with mobility issues or prefer to not walk in heels/dress shoes, etc.

I have a food allergy, will I be able to eat the food?
Answer
Yes! We will have a variety of gluten free options and have a spot on our RSVP to let us know about any other food allergies or vegan/vegetarian options for us to accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Can I bring my kid(s)?
Answer
While we love your kids we are kindly asking you leave them at home for our child free wedding. Our venue is on the top of a mountain and not a safe space for children to be running around. There will be exceptions for babies in arms on a case by case basis so please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions. We are also happy to help parents coordinate babysitters together if needed/interested.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your formal wedding invitation says "and guest" then yes you can bring whoever you would like. If it does not we kindly ask that you attend just you. If you believe a mistake has been made on your invitation please contact the bride or groom.
