FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal or black-tie-optional. Which means we suggest you wear a suit of any color, nice cocktail dress or pantsuit. Please feel free to also wear your best tuxedo, dark suit or evening gown. We also ask that you refrain from wearing dresses in sage green, light blue, and white.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to celebrate with us on this special day!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation, as shuttles will not be provided. The hotel with our room block, along with other nearby options, is just a short drive from the venue. We recommend coordinating with fellow guests or using a ride-share service for convenience.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The ceremony will be on a concrete area, so no need to worry about stepping on grass! The reception will be located indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We recommend bringing a card with you to the reception as drinks will not be covered.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. However photos at the reception are very welcome!

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images. However, as soon as we announce, we would love to see your photos and posts.

Question

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM, and we want to make sure no one misses a moment.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed when you RSVP on the website.
