We met while working together at Linda's Bakery while in high school. After going on several dates, spending every weekend together, and texting every day, we started dating shortly before prom in April of 2021. We attended prom together and then said I love you after a whole three days. We then spend the whole summer together and continued to spend nearly every day together for the next two years until Morgan moved to Iowa State University for her first year of college. During this next year, we spent every night on facetime - playing games, talking, and watching movies - and Alan drove down to Ames almost every weekend, just to spend time together. After many months of long distance, we moved in together into a little apartment in Ames. After that big move, we adopted our lovely English-American Bulldog, Keisha and have loved every moment of her. Then, on December 22, 2024, we got engaged at the Rotary Lights in La Crosse, WI, and have been anxiously awaiting our wedding since. Then, after a year of Iowa, Morgan graduated from Iowa State and then we moved to Dekalb, Illinois where Morgan currently attends law school at Northern Illinois University. We cannot wait for our special day on October 10th, 2026 and are so excited to celebrate!
