Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those formally invited on your wedding invitation join us for this special day. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only occasion. We appreciate your understanding and hope you are able to make arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Is there a room block?

Answer

If you are interested in staying at the Intercontinental New Orleans, please see our room block linked here: https://book.passkey.com/e/50945819 Room blocks are limited and more can be added based on availability. If you have trouble using the booking link, please contact Morgan. While the wedding will be held at the Intercontinental New Orleans, guests are also welcome to stay at neighboring hotels within the Central Business District or French Quarter.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! It is encouraged that guests adhere to semi-formal attire. We suggest a cocktail dress or jumpsuit for ladies and a suit and tie for men. It is highly encouraged for ladies to avoid any shades of white or cream.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located indoors.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP capabilities will be made available on this website once formal invitations are distributed. Please revisit this website once you receive your invitation and let us know if you can or cannot join us under the RSVP tab.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all cell phones be silenced and put away. We want our guests to be fully present with us and for our photographer to capture all photos which will be shared with you afterwards. Once the ceremony is over, we encourage you to take as many pictures as you would like and please share them with us!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Valet parking will be available at the Intercontinental New Orleans for $20.00 per vehicle. There are two self park lots on either side of the hotel as well, though the hotel is not affiliated.
