When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By October 1st, preferably under the “RSVP” tab on our website. If you run into issues online, you can RSVP via text/voicemail (720-739-1123).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal/semi-formal or cocktail attire is preferred, but not required! We would love to see all of our favorite people dressed up on our special day, but please wear attire that is within your comfort zone. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. If you are RSVP’ing on our website, there is a place for you to type out your dietary restrictions. If you choose to RSVP via text/voice message, please just include any special requests in your message.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the kiddos , but due to capacity restrictions, if your little ones were not formally listed on your invitation, it’s time to give the babysitter a ring.

We are big fans of you & your lover, but due to capacity restrictions, please do not bring anyone not formally listed on your invitation.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue provides a large, well-lit parking lot just footsteps away from the front entrance, parking attendants will be present. Parking is free. Golf carts are on property grounds if any guests require assistance.

Do you have any hotel blocks/recommendations?

Answer

Please see our “Travel” tab for accommodation recommendations. The deadline to reserve rooms under our hotel block with discounted pricing was October 11th. You are still more than welcome to reserve a room at those hotels, it will just be at the regular rate.

When can I check into the hotels?

Answer

Check-in time for our hotel blocks is 4pm (which is also the start time of our ceremony). Early check-in can be requested in advance, but is not guaranteed. A hotel representative mentioned guests will probably be permitted to check in at 2pm, but please call the morning of and plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, please arrive 15-30 mins prior to ensure a seamless transition to your seats. The sooner the ceremony starts, the sooner it ends, the sooner we can party.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner & dancing will all take place at the Stone Mill Inn.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will be available for guests to utilize prior to our ceremony and at the end of our reception. Prior to the ceremony, it will be departing the hotels at 3:30pm. At the end of our reception, it will be departing the Stone Mill Inn at 10:00pm.

Can cars stay at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, the Stone Mill Inn allows vehicles to stay on the premise until 10am the next day. Vehicles not removed by 10am on Sunday will be towed.

Are Ubers or Lyfts readily available in the area of your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding coordinator made us aware that Ubers and Lyfts in the area may take 20-25 mins to arrive. Keep that in mind when thinking about transportation.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered on Target and Amazon. Our Zola Registry, which is accessible from our website under the "Registry" tab, includes some miscellaneous items from other stores. Our Zola Registry is all-encompassing of Target, Amazon and misc. items.

Will the wedding be indoors our outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony outdoors (weather permitting), cocktail hour will take place partially indoors & partially outdoors, dinner will take place under a temperature-controlled tent and dancing will take place indoors.
