1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
We're happy to offer camping on site for those interested in dancing the night away. Campers should plan to arrive well ahead of the ceremony to set up - grounds open at 1pm on Saturday, June 10. There will be access to space to get ready for the ceremony as well as shared indoor restrooms. We can arrange for Friday night arrivals after 8pm. Please email us with a heads up as Camp Colton staff will not be onsite at this time - moranske@gmail.com Do you need to borrow gear? We have space in a communal canvas tent for you, and we have lots of extra camping gear. Although we're hoping for the best, Oregon weather can be unpredictable in June. Please plan accordingly. Don't forget your flashlight! Did someone say s'mores?!
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Weather permitting we will be outside for the ceremony and reception. This event is cocktail attire though thoughtful shoe options are recommended as you may encounter cedar groves, gravel paths, grassy knolls - oh my!
Drinks & dinner will be provided, bring your own dance moves. The grounds will open at 1pm, please arrive in time to park and walk to the ceremony site, which will start promptly at 4:30pm. The ceremony will be followed by happy hour, dinner, and dancing at the Gathering Hall. Night owls are welcome to stay for the afterparty at the Gazebo. Folks not staying overnight should note that gates to the property are locked at 11pm - so plan your exit accordingly!
7:00 am - 10:00 am
A little hot coffee & a quick bite to cap the weekend and to help get the show on the road. Camp check-out is at 10:00am, it would be a huge help to us if tents are broken down and spaces cleared out with plenty of time to spare. Wave goodbye (sing farewell?) as Sam & Katie drive off into the sunset.
