Here are some tips, tricks, and suggestions for any of our out-of-town guests. We have two wedding room blocks booked, but there are plenty of other options in Madison. We recommend booking early since there's a home Badger football game that weekend. We also highly encourage looking at Airbnbs or VRBOs if traveling with a group, as our hotel blocks are filling up quickly! If you have any questions, please let us know! UPDATE (9/6/2024) Unfortunately, our hotel blocks are completely sold out. With the home football game, there may be limited hotel availability downtown. If you still need a place to stay, we encourage looking at hotels near Middleton, as they seem to have more availability. If you have any concerns or need assistance, let us know! We are happy to help :)

This hotel is a great option for anyone who wants to be closer to the venue. Only 10 minutes from the venue, the SpringHill Suites is located next to Hilldale Mall, which is an excellent outdoor mall with great food and shopping options. The Hampton Inn & Suites is a great location for anyone who wants to be downtown. It's walking distance to a lot of our favorite spots in Madison, and it is conveniently located for our Welcome Party on Friday night! Please book by using the link provided or by calling the hotel and mentioning the "Kubsch and Moran Wedding". As a result of the home Badger football game, they require a two-night minimum.
