The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm, so please arrive in time to park and be seated. We would suggest you arrive by 3:10 pm at the latest.
We recommend dressing in semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on grass (weather-permitting), so please choose your footwear wisely! The evenings can start to cool down in October in Wisconsin, so we also recommend bringing a proper jacket or shawl to stay warm.

While we adore your little ones, we respectfully ask that this is an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! Please see the “travel” section in our website for our two hotels. There are several other hotels in the area as well, and we encourage you to book accommodations early! If you have any issues finding a place to stay, please let us know.

There is ample parking at the venue for the ceremony/reception. However, Uber/Lyft is a great option as well, especially if you are planning to consume alcohol.
We will be hosting a welcome party open to all on Friday evening following the rehearsal dinner. We encourage you to join us for drinks! Additionally, we hope to get everyone together for a final gathering on Sunday afternoon at the Terrace (weather permitting).
We will be providing transportation HOME from the venue after the reception. Shuttles will begin departing at 9 pm, departing every thirty minutes. Each shuttle will stop at BOTH hotels (SpringHill Suites first followed by the Hampton Inn Downtown). Please note that this transportation will be provided home from the venue ONLY. We suggest carpooling to the venue or taking an Uber/Lyft.
