The majority of our wedding will be gluten free, however if you have any other dietary restriction that you would like us to accommodate please let us know. Dinner will be a Mediterranean-style buffet featuring Italian classics and Sardinian specialities. Expect plenty of fresh food, pasta dishes and a BBQ grill.
Orosei does have a small number of local taxi's that you can arrange in advance. However the wedding venue is within walking distance of the town centre (10-15 minutes). On the day of our wedding, we will aim to arrange with close friends and family members to support with guest pick up if needed. More information will be given closer to the time.
Villa Nurru has plenty of parking spaces within its grounds.
Suggested attire for the big day: Vibrant floral prints and lightweight fabrics to match the Italian summer, and of course we encourage our Scottish family and friends to wear their kilts. Please keep in mind that we will be outdoors for the reception so bring some dancing shoes and your sunglasses.
We invite you to make the most of the Italian sunshine and join us at Villa Nurru from 4pm for pre-ceremony drinks and garden games. Our wedding ceremony will take place once it is a little cooler at 6pm.
Throughout the week we hope to plan some casual pre-wedding events for everyone to come together. We will post more information on this closer to the date on the whatsapp chat.
