Other Hotel Options

While we have a hotel block reservation at the DuPont Circle Hotel near the venue, most other hotels in the downtown D.C. area will still be very convenient (and there may be cheaper options). In particular, anything near a stop on the metro's Red Line will be easily accessible to the venue by public transportation. And Uber/Lyft/taxis are widely available throughout the city from other hotels. If you're looking to stay near the venue, you might check out Hotel Madera, The Ven at Embassy Row, the Residence Inn by Marriott Dupont Circle, or the Royal Sonesta DC.

Flight

Getting from the Airport

Whether you're flying into National Airport (closer and recommended) or Dulles International Airport (potentially more flight options), getting into DC is similar. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare services that leave from both airports and can get you to where you're staying. Both airports are also Metro accessible: From National, catch the Green or Yellow lines and transfer at Chinatown to the Red line to get to Dupont Circle. From Dulles, catch the Silver line then transfer at Metro Center to the Red line to get to Dupont Circle. You can also fly to Baltimore-Washington International Airport, which is slightly further but sometimes cheaper. You can take a shuttle from BWI to the Maryland Area Rail Commuter (MARC) train station for a short trip to DC's Union Station.
