Question
Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?
Answer
There will be a shuttle transporting guests from Country Inn & Suites in Forest Lake and Running Aces Hotel in Columbus starting at 3:30 pm (for the ceremony) and 4:15 pm (for the reception) with rides to follow until the end of the night. Please note, Uber and Lyft are not viable options in this area.

What should I wear?
Answer
Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans, baseball hats or sneakers.

Why am I only invited to the reception?
Answer
In an effort to have an intimate ceremony, we will be married in the presence of our parents, siblings and closest friends. We are so excited to celebrate with you all immediately after!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate anyone not named on your invitation.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Wine and beer and a seltzer will be available until supplies last. We will also provide soda, lemonade, coffee and water.

Do the hotels listed have blocks?
Answer
Unfortunately, the hotels that we have selected to not offer blocks. Country Inn & Suites provided a promo code "Bigday" (one word) and Running Aces asks that you mention you are booking your stay for a wedding, in which they will apply 15% off your stay.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is parking at the venue! Cars may stay overnight and the lot will need to be cleared by 12:00pm Sunday, August 13th. Please utilize the shuttle or other guests to safely return home or to the hotel. Please do not drink and drive.

Kindly RSVP before July 12th, 2023.

When should I arrive?
Answer
We will be having a small ceremony with select guests. All other guests are welcome to arrive starting at 4:45pm to mingle prior to dinner.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
We invite our out-of-town guests to join us for brunch the day after our wedding. Details to come.
