Elevated cocktail attire, please! Suits, knee-length or longer dresses, and formal jumpsuits/separates are all welcome. If you're curious, the bridal party is wearing shades of green and navy suits (please feel welcome to wear those colors)
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Mountain weather in October can range from 80 and sunny to 30 and snowy (with an average high of 58 and low of 36), so please plan for your comfort accordingly! Even warm days can get immediately cold when the clouds block the sun at this elevation.
There is a shuttle running from the Quality Inn and a shuttle from the Estes Park Visitor's Center to Della Terra before the ceremony. The first pick-up at both locations is 2pm. The shuttles will make as many trips as possible before a final 3pm drop-off, but please note that there is not a specific final pickup time. Please consider heading out for pickup as close to 2pm as you can to ensure your ride. Please check with the driver that you are getting on the right shuttle, as there are many weddings in the area! Mentioning "Della Terra" or the "Moore Malone Wedding" should suffice. After the wedding, a shuttle will be returning to both pick up locations, running between 9:45 and 10:45pm. For those getting into town with a tight timeline before the ceremony, or aren't staying near the two shuttle locations, the on-demand ride service (below) might be a good option! Estes Park Shuttles also offers an on-call local ride service. It is $15 per the 1st 2 passengers on each ride; +$2/passenger for each additional passenger on each ride.
