Welcome Dinner

6:45 pm - 10:00 pm

This is a casual event. Seating will be on restaurant terrace overlooking the pier. This meal will be covered by Marco and Montrice

Our welcome dinner will be a 4 course set menu. Menu: Each person will have their own sampler plate of Coconut Shrimp with tropical guacamole, fried ribs and calamari rings (this can be to share if you would like ). Spinach Salad (fresh spinach with bacon, red onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, with honey mustard Choose which main course meal you would like from the three listed: (1) Stuffed chicken supreme (chicken breast with cheese wrapped in bacon, served with rustic mashed potatoes). (2) Captains ribeye burger ( served on pretzel bun with Chile de arbol mayonnaise, fried caramelized onion, gruyere cheese, bacon and spicy potatoes). (3) Salmon Filet (Roasted Salmon with mascarpone cheese, spinach and carrot cream). Dessert options: . Flan with Bacon ( creamy custard topped with caramel). Double chocolate cake. Brownie with vanilla ice cream. Ice cream flavors: Coconut, Vanilla with Kahlua , with Tequila cream

Visit to Tulum and Xel-Ha Park

7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Its going to be hot and a long day. Suggestion is light clothing, beachwear and comfortable shoes (sandals, flip flops and sneakers)

This is an all day tour of Tulum Mayan Ruins and Xel Ha Park. You'll explore Tulum Mexico with a knowledgeable guide sharing fascinating facts about the history and culture of the ancient Mayan civilization. At Xel Ha Park you can do some of the best Cancun activities including snorkeling, swimming, or just floating around the lagoon on an inner tube. Plus there are loungers and hammocks available all over the park.
