Cancun International (CUN)

Things to know about the Cancun Airport (CUN): 1. Immigration/Tourist Visa: Upon arrival you will be required to complete a tourist visa, which you will receive on your flight. This will be handed in to immigration and they will hand back your portion to keep. Please keep this somewhere safe during your stay. You will be asked to hand this back in when checking in for your departure flight. If you lose this visa, you will be charged to get a new one issued. 2. Customs: After retrieving your luggage you will go through customs where you will be asked to press a button that determines whether you will be stopped and searched or allowed straight through. 3. Sneaky Salespeople: Ignore salespeople located in the hallway to get to transportation, as well as anyone who approaches you outside. Please follow the directions provided by the shuttle service. BOOKING INFO: *As of April 4th, 2022 the Fiesta America Condesa is sold out of rooms. Please reach out to Wendy for options on nearby hotels.* We've been working with our travel agent, who will be helping each guest individually with booking their accommodations. Only an initial deposit is required to make your reservation. We are encouraging our guests to do this as soon as they are able to, as rooms are based off availability, and may be limited closer to the wedding date. Round trip shuttle transportation to the Fiesta Americana Condesa is included with your stay. Our travel agent Wendy will be assisting with coordinating your airport transportation.

Your Checklist for Success

1. Check your passport Make sure you have a passport and use the names on your passport to book your flight and accommodations. *Your passport must be valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. 2. Book your hotel Our special rate is for travel for the week of our wedding. The resort price is all inclusive so this rate (per person) includes all your meals, drinks (and alcohol), and entertainment while on property! 3. Book your airfare You can travel for as long or short as you'd like! Airfare rates vary, so we recommend you book something at least 3 months out to get good flight times and better pricing. Our travel agent can also help assist with booking your flight, if that is something that interests you. And that's it! We'll see you in Mexico!
