All room reservations will be handled by Mindy. The easiest way to pay for your room is by Venmo. While Venmo does charge a 3% fee if you choose to pay with a credit card, you can pay with an American Express card FEE FREE. Her Venmo handle is @mindy-montavon.
Each room is priced at a weekly/total rate, ranging from $650 (1 bed) to $1280 (a 3-4 bed option) and has its own en suite bathroom. I know some people are happy to share rooms, so once people have RSVP'd, I think it will be easier for me to assign people rooms (or suggest roommates, unless there's someone you've been talking to and making plans with already).
