This is our travel agent where we booked the room blocks for people. We have set aside 13 rooms for people. Please contact Joslynn to book one of these rooms. There are three options for rooms (all in the 18+ section). Please be advised that the room rates are for double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room with someone, please reach out and we can help you. Hotel

Sandos Caracol Eco Resort

This is the venue as well as where we will be staying. We have secured a hotel block for people to stay with us at the resort. To book a room in the Williams/Montanez block, please email our travel agent to book. The rate is only good for 3-10 day stays.

Flight

SEA/SJU/PHX

There are two airports available to fly into, Cancun and Cozumel. Cozumel is closer and includes a ferry ride, but Cancun is larger and likely cheaper with a 45 minute ride to Playa Del Carmen. We have set up a cheaper option for roundtrip transfers to and from the Cancun airport to our resort for guests.

Be prepared for the rainy season here. However it can be a quick shower and back to sun. Average temps run around 80's Water temperature runs about mid 80's
