From across Newport/Pell Bridge (Route 138): There is a $6 toll each way. Easy Pass only. Take the first exit off the bridge toward RI-238/Scenic Newport. Turn Right onto J.T Connell Memorial Road. Continue straight through the traffic light. J.T Connell Memorial Road becomes Farewell Street. Turn slight Right on to Thames Street. Turn Left onto Touro Street. Take the 3rd Right onto Division Street. Take the 1st right onto Church Street. #2 Church Street is on the right. From the East or North (Route 24 and Route 114): Routes 24 and 114 merge in Portsmouth, RI to become West Main Road/RI-14. Continue South on West Main Road into Newport. At the corner of West Main Road and Admiral Kalbfus Road West Main Road becomes Broadway in Newport. Continue on Broadway. Turn Left onto Rhode Island Avenue. Take the 3rd Right on to Kay Street. Turn Left onto Bellevue Avenue. Take the 1st right onto Church Street. #2 Church Street is on the right almost at the bottom of the hill.
Parking is less than ideal in Newport, especially in the summer. If you are staying in town or nearby, Uber is your best bet. Please allow ample time to find parking. You can find on street parking but be aware of areas noted as resident sticker parking only. Metered parking is not suggested. There are pay lots nearby. The Mary Street Lot is directly behind Queen Anne's Loft, located between Mary Street and Church Street. It offers more than 100 parking spaces and operates on a Pay & Display system. Pay at the display stations and place your receipt on the dashboard in your car. Cost: May 1 - October 31: $3 per hour; $20 per day; $30 overnight Hours of Operations: Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Friday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Newport Gateway Center, 23 America's Cup, a 8 - 10 minute walk to the ceremony site. Cost: May 1 - October 31, $2 for the first half hour, $1.50 for each additional half hour. Hours of Operation: Daily: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM
