Monica and Kaetlin met in college at Fort Hays State University in the fall of 2015. Monica moved in with Kaetlin and her boyfriend KelDan and had many drunken nights together! Kaetlin and KelDan were like Monica's parents during college because they practically took care of her since she had never lived away from home before. Monica was in Kaetlin's wedding two years ago and is excited to have Kaetlin in hers.

Growing up, you never realize how important your sisters are to you until you are much older. Even between all the stolen clothes and daily cat fights, Monica will always need her baby sister. Mary is four years younger than Monica and they have had the chance to grow so close in the past couple of years. Both the girls have military husbands, so they know exactly the life the other one is living. Mary has also blessed Monica with two beautiful nieces that she adores. Monica is so happy to have her little sister standing by her side on her big day!

Monica and Tessa met when Monica moved to Junction City in August of 2019. Kevin Gates brought them together.....well listening to his music in Tessa's car did randomly one day. Tessa was the first military wife that Monica met and became friends with. Tessa is fun and is always the life of the party! They became super close when Monica was going through a tough time. Without hesitation, Tessa showed up for Monica and was a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, and passed no judgement. Since then, they have lived through adventures like a Tech N9ne concert, 2 car wrecks, and many keg stands on their graduation weekend!

Growing up, it is never apparent how much you will need your sister. Now that we are older and do not wear the same size in clothes you realize how important your siblings are. Madeline is a freshman at Kansas State University and only lives 20 minutes from each other and they are able spend a lot of time together. Whether it be Monica helping Madeline navigate her first year of college or random ice cream runs. Monica is so happy to be able to share her day with her.
