Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Drinks (Thursday, Jan 15th): Cocktail Attire recommended. Ceremony & Dinner (Friday, Jan 16th): Semi-formal Attire (e.g. long dresses & dark suits/jackets). We will be outdoors throughout the day, so please dress for the cooler weather! Special note: a TSA-style security screening (metal detector & bag check) is required at the ceremony venue. Please do NOT bring any drugs, alcohol, weapons, sharp implements (utility knives, etc.), or disabling agents (pepper spray, mace, etc.) with you to the ceremony. Reach out to Monica or Sean if you have any specific concerns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, group transportation will be provided between Beacon Grand Hotel and the ceremony location. Please gather in the Beacon Grand lobby at 12:30 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026 for pick-up.

Where should I park?

Answer

For both short-term & overnight parking near Beacon Grand Hotel we recommend the SFMTA Union Square Garage located beneath Union Square. Access is at 333 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94108. This is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel entrance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please please submit your meal preference & any food allergies/restrictions at the RSVP page. We will do our utmost to accommodate special requests!
