Ceremony

Semi-formal Attire (e.g. long dresses & dark suits/jackets).
Please gather in the Beacon Grand lobby at 12:30 pm. Transportation will be provided for everyone from the hotel to the ceremony venue. We will be outdoors throughout the day, so dress for the cooler weather! Special note: a TSA-style security screening (metal detector & bag check) is required at the ceremony venue. Please do NOT bring any drugs, alcohol, weapons, sharp implements (utility knives, etc.), or disabling agents (pepper spray, mace, etc.) with you to the ceremony. Reach out to Monica or Sean if you have any specific concerns.
