Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation has 'and Guest', then yes. If not, then we prefer it was just you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Please be mindful that the ceremony is in the grass and that heels may slip into the ground. We don't want anyone hurting themselves during the weekend.

Is there a shuttle from our hotel or lodging to the Inn?

No.

Where can I park for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a large area at the Bear Mountain Inn that will be attended the day of by someone, they will direct traffic and help get you parked on site.

What if I have food allergies or requests?

Answer

Let Monica or Rob know, we will ensure you have a meal that is made for you accordingly.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, overlooking Bear Pond at the Inn, please dress accordingly for warm weather in late June.

Will there be fans or AC at the reception?

Yes, the barn is fully equipped with both to keep you comfortable.

The Inn is beautiful, can I have a tour or go inside?

No, the Inn is strictly for those who are staying there. There is a restroom in the reception venue.

A complimentary breakfast is served both Saturday and Sunday morning at BMI in the dining area.
