Kimpton is another great option to stay at near the wedding villa! Kimpton is not all inclusive but has amenities on site. About 15 minute ride. We recommend you stay a while and enjoy time in Mexico :)

We've reserved a private villa to accommodate a small group of family. The villa is booked for 3 nights. Check in Thursday November 6th 3pm to 10pm and check out Sunday November 9th 11am. The villa is right next to the wedding venue where we will be staying! We will provide more information and details as we get closer to the wedding date.

Destination Wedding- Tulum

We have a wonderful wedding concierge working with us for our special weekend. We would like to introduce you to Helen! If you are interested in catching a shuttle with other guests, Helen is here to help with that! Airport Shuttles – We offer to organize the service of transportation from Cancun and Tulum airport to your hotel / AirBnB in Tulum and back. We kindly ask you to fill in the information below and send it back to Helen: - Name(s) and # of persons traveling with you. - Phone number & Email of each traveler so we can contact you in case of delays at the airport. - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Date, Time, Airline – Departure / Arrival airport – flight number - Hotel in Tulum where you will be staying. - Willing to share the ride with other wedding guests within the hour? Airport Shuttle Price The shuttle is for 1 up to 10 people (with average luggage for a few days) and the price depends on the number of people on board. Prices are subject to change at any time and will be confirmed within the month before the service Once Helen has collected all flight details, she will group same time arrivals/departures together and send group emails accordingly with payment requests and the final confirmation once all payments have been received. Taxis – Taxis are safe and plentiful in Tulum. Just make sure you check the price before you get in. The taxis here do not use meters and the drivers will try to earn a bit extra when they see a tourist so if you think the price is too much, just say no thank you and check with the next one.
