Cedric and Monica never really officially met. They knew of each other as they’ve both served in different ministries within Victory Christian Ministries International (VCMI) for about a decade. God presented them to each other at the appointed time. In April 2021, God impressed it upon Monica to take 12 months to intentionally prepare for marriage. While Monica was fasting and interceding for her future husband, Cedric was in the belly of the whale. Cedric was experiencing the darkest season of his life. God allowed their relationship to germinate for the sole purpose of His glory being revealed in the earth. They are both lovers of Jesus Christ, unrelenting worshippers, intercessors, laborers of the Gospel, givers, travelers, and parents to FOUR blessed, brilliant, and beautiful young ladies. God revealed to Cedric and Monica a new chapter in life each with a soul mate full of zeal, an enlarged family, new resources for the kingdom, a new home, and new visions from God to complete together. ““I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten— the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm— my great army that I sent among you.
