Dining Attire: Restaurants at the resort have dress codes that fall into 2 categories: Casual, or Casual Elegance. Please be sure to pack accordingly to experience all of the resort's dining options. See below for examples of acceptable wear: Casual: Bermudas, long shorts, or capri pants. Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts or bathing suits for men. Ladies must wear a swimsuit wrap or cover-up. Casual Elegance: Sneakers, tennis shoes, or dress sandals. Dress shirts with sleeves. Long pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts for men. No swimwear. Again, if you are NOT traveling with children, please secure a room listed as "ELEGANCE CLUB", or you will not have access to ALL the amenities of the resort. Flight

AIRFARE & TRAVEL

Airfare is NOT included in the cost of your stay, and will need to be added at the same time of the booking of your stay through the travel agent. It can also be booked on your own. You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Once your flight is booked, the travel agent will need you to email them your flight information so they can coordinate your free ground transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our travel agent has reserved a room block for us, with travel dates available from: July 3, 2024 - July 10, 2024 (3-night minimum) Initial Deposit (in order to hold your reservation a deposit is required at the time of booking) 2 Deposit Options: Initial Deposit without Travel Protection: Hotel Only - $100.00 per room. Initial Deposit with Travel Protection: Hotel - $100.00/per room PLUS the cost of Travel Protection. If travel protection payment is not applied to booking within 5 days, the travel protection will automatically be removed from the reservation.
