Shop 'til you drop at the largest mall in the country. Rachael spent way too many Black Fridays and weekends here growing up. They even have an amusement park and Lego Land inside!
Go on a nature walk along Minnehaha Park's trails and check out the stunning Pergola garden. The Pergola was originally constructed in 1995 and serves as a connecting feature between the Minnehaha Depot, Stevens House and Minnehaha Falls featuring a variety of flowers, plants, and natural wildlife.
Take a walk or bike ride along Lake Harriet then head into Linden Hills for a bite to eat and shopping afterwards. During the summer, Lake Harriet hosts a variety of local bands at their bandshell and this has always been one of Rachael's favorite spots to go for a jog, catch up with friends, or watch the sunset.
Cosetta’s is one of the best homemade italian cafes that the Twin Cities has to offer. Rachael grew up coming here multiple times between downtown Saturday dance competitions and before concerts in high school. Cossettas is known for their trattoria-style pizza and made from scratch gelato.
After taking a walk around Lake Harriet, head to Sebastian Joes to cool off with some ice cream. Rachael's mom took her and her brother here frequently growing up and it has remained a household favorite.

Growing up, Rachael loved visiting this museum with school or her nanny. Minneapolis was once known to be the flour milling capital of the world (also how General Mills the cereal brand came about). Mill City Museum was built within the ruins of the Washburn A Mill, the largest and most technologically advanced flour mill in the world after completion in 1880.
