For out of town visitors, we'd recommend flying into Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix but Mesa Gateway Airport is a good alternative to the larger airport. We would also recommend that if you are picking a place to stay that you find a place in East Valley.

 East Valley cities that would be a good are Tempe, Chandler, and Scottsdale. There is also Mesa and Gilbert but we feel there is not as much to do in those cities but they are still very close to everything.
