Our ceremony is at the Osceola Arbor. 135 Valley Road on Route 49. Waterville Valley, NH 03215 ***please note, we ask our guests to park at the conference center which is our reception site. our ceremony has a small lot. it is about a 2-3 minute walk***

Our cocktail hour will take place at the conference center 56 Packards Road. Waterville Valley, NH 03215 at the speakeasy inside. Our reception will follow in the tent outside at the conference center.

Are room blocks available in the area?
Answer
Yes! The town square in Waterville Valley has many hotels, air bnbs, condos, etc to offer. Sam and I have decided to put room blocks on two hotels (but of course there are other options that our guests can explore themselves) PLEASE REFERENCE WELCH/CODY WEDDING WHILE BOOKING ***Please reserve room blocks by July 22, 2024 & 2 night minimum required*** Cancellation Policy Standard cancellation policies are in effect and may vary by lodging property. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less to arrival, you will be required to pay 1⁄2 (50%) the amount of the total stay. ROOM BLOCK #1: Black Bear Lodge 800-349-2327 These condos can sleep up to six people, a full kitchen, dining area, and family room. The Black Bear Lodge has a 1⁄2 indoor -1⁄2 outdoor heated pool, jacuzzis, saunas, and game room. 15- 1-Bedroom (one bathroom, kitchen, sleeps 2-4) $199.00 plus tax & resort fee for Thursday and Friday ROOM BLOCK #2: Snowy Owl Inn 800-766-9969 A country inn with stone fireplaces located a short stroll away from shopping & dining in Town Square. 12– Rooms (Layouts vary, 2 beds, 1 bathroom) $154.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Thursday $188.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Friday 1 – Loft (king bed, sofa bed, open loft with 2 twins and trundle bed, jacuzzi tub, sleeps 7) $192.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Thursday $212.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Friday 1 – Studio (2 queen beds, full kitchen, sleeps 4) $192.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Thursday $212.00 per night plus tax & resort fees for Friday
