Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Spring elegance! Light, seasonal cocktail or semi-formal attire is encouraged—think midi or maxi dresses, suits, dressy jumpsuits or coordinated sets, blazers or button-down shirts with dress pants. Spring colors are encouraged! The ceremony will be outdoors, so please consider shoes that are compatible with grass and uneven ground. While we hope for the perfect late spring day, we know Wisconsin weather can be unpredictable, so please consider bringing a wrap or jacket for your comfort.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block reserved at the Hotel Radisson in River Falls, a 7 minute drive from the venue. To book a room in our block, use the link in the "Travel" section of our website. For additional accommodations nearby, we recommend the beautiful Hotel Crosby or Lora Hotel - both located in Stillwater, MN, a 25 minute drive from the venue. Additional options include the Country Inn in River Falls (8 minute drive), Hampton Inn & Suites in Hudson (13 minute drive), and the Holiday Inn Express in Hudson (15 minute drive).

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes - we will have a shuttle bringing people from the Radisson to the venue between 3-3:30pm (giving you enough time to get a drink on us and mingle before being seated for the ceremony!) The shuttle will then be available between 9:30-11pm to bring guests back to the Radisson.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and in order to maintain an intimate setting, our guest list is limited to those named on the invitation/included in your RSVP (see the RSVP section of the website to view and respond for everyone in your party). If you have a specific circumstance or request, or if we have made a mistake on your invitation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While children are welcome to attend, we encourage our guests to enjoy a fun night out without the kids! If you do plan on bringing your children, please be sure to include them when you RSVP. (If you plan on bringing your child/children but don't see them listed when you go to RSVP, please let us know and we’ll fix it.)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes - there is a large parking lot on site, and you are permitted to leave your car overnight if needed.

Is anything happening before the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be arriving on Friday and celebrating all weekend - we welcome you to join us and take advantage of the beautiful area in the spring! See the "Things to do in the area" tab on our website for a custom list of fun things to do around the city - there should be something for everyone! In addition, if you will be at the hotel Saturday night, feel free to drop by the hotel bar starting around 8pm to join us for pre-wedding drinks.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions/accessibility needs?

Yes - when you RSVP, you will be able to share any accommodations you may need, and we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
