We understand many of you are traveling far and wide to celebrate, and for that we thank you!
We will not have a room block available for guests, but rather a list of hotels within five miles of the venue so you can choose the place that's right for you! Each option listed is an estimated 5-8 minute drive.
For those who will be close to home and may decide not to stay at a hotel, we recommend making transportation plans to and from the venue via rideshare or carpool.
We have a 38-passenger bus that will be available on schedule to the venue from the Hotel Arista and the Hyatt Place. You are welcome to use this service regardless of your hotel accommodations.
Shuttle to The Crawford:
Hotel Arista: 3pm and 4pm pickup
Hyatt Place: 3:20pm and 4:20pm pickup
End of Night Shuttles:
10:30pm and 11:30pm
