Question

How/When do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP as soon as you can! We ask that acceptances or regrets are finalized by January 15th, 2025 on the "RSVP" tab of this website. You will be listed by first and last name. We understand things come up, so if something changes after that deadline, please email us right away at mjhunter2025@gmail.com so we can make the necessary accommodations. For those who see us on a regular basis, we ask that you please continue to use this website as your final RSVP confirmation, to ensure we don't forget to mark your decision ourselves.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This event will be Black Tie Optional. We love an excuse to dress up, and hope you do too! There is no pressure to rent a tuxedo or buy out Bloomingdales--we just ask that you look and feel your best! Floor-length dresses for women and suits for men are appropriate.

Question

What should I avoid wearing?

Answer

A white wedding dress would be pretty awkward. So, maybe we avoid whites and ivories in general. Anything else is fair game. The bridal party will be in light blue florals.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are extremely lucky to have love, laughter and a home full of furniture, so if you'd like to help us celebrate with a gift, we'd appreciate a donation to our newlywed fund on the "Registry" tab. We will have a secure spot for cards at the reception as well and are happy to provide our personal address for mailed cards. A million thanks could never be enough!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation offers a "guest," absolutely! All other invitations are listed for the specific individual we hope to see, and ask that you remain respectful of our personalized invitation.

Question

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Believe us, we love your kids! However, due to our space and time limitations, we are only able to host children named by invitation. Please make it a date night and prepare accommodations for your littles (or grown ups) in advance.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Dinner will be family style in the hope everyone will be able to compile a meal that will leave them full. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at mjhunter2025@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer on a safe and accommodating solution.
