When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 1st. We recognize that this is earlier than the standard RSVP deadline, but we hope our earlier distribution of invitations will make it easier. If you’re unable to make travel plans by August 1st, please let us know as early as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Expect temperatures to be in the 50s. Reach out to us if you're not sure.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking. We'll have folks there to direct you to the lot. If you're concerned about walking up the (small) hill to the ceremony location, let us know so that we can accommodate you with a golf cart.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to us or note on your RSVP about your dietary restriction.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know if we missed including your child(ren) on the invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 pm. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

How will dinner be served?

Answer

Our venue offers family style as a method of serving, and we loved the idea! Food will be brought to the table on serving dishes. You'll then be able to serve yourselves from the dishes which are passed around the table.

Will the dogs be involved?

Answer

Of course. They'll be in the ceremony (come on, it's us we're talking about here) and then they'll hang out in the house on the estate afterwards. If you'd like to visit with them during the reception or are nervous about being around them, please let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate.

Any safety tips or requests?

Answer

Yes! 1) If going on a long flight, wear compression socks and/or get up and walk around every 1-2 hours. 2) get a flu shot before coming if you can! 3) get a COVID booster before coming if you can!
