Located 20 minutes away from Hazelwood. Please note that check-in begins at 4:00pm, and our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. If you are checking in on Sunday, we recommend calling the hotel and asking for early check-in, or staying at the hotel on Saturday night as well. There will be a shuttle service provided from this hotel to the venue and back to the hotel once the reception ends. Please see more details below.

Shuttle

Guest Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel to Hazelwood. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at approximately 3:45 PM. A shuttle will also be available at the conclusion of the reception to take guests back to the hotel.

Travel Note

Transportation

There are plenty of parking spaces available at Hazelwood. Overnight parking is allowed at the venue. Vehicles must be picked up by 9:00am the next morning (Monday, May 11th). Please note, ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are sometimes available at the venue, but they are inconsistent as this is a very rural area. Please plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize the guest shuttle service.
