Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:00-4:15pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. Once the ceremony starts, we will not allow late arrivals in to view the ceremony. Please plan accordingly.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. For men, we kindly ask that you wear a tuxedo, formal suit, or blazer with dress pants. For women, we kindly ask that you wear a long dress or elegant separates. The wedding party colors are white and black. Please refrain from wearing white.

Will there be parking onsite?

Answer

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces at Hazelwood. We will also provide a shuttle service. Please refer to the "Travel" page for all parking/transportation details.

Are kids welcome?

We hope you understand our decision for a child-free celebration. Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that you put your phone away during the ceremony to fully be present in the moment. We have a wonderful photographer that will take many pictures during the ceremony!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to have the best night, so the drinks are on us! Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver or other plans to get home safely.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
