Maid of Honor
Meara is the cooler Roach sister, having lived in both Italy and France while pursuing her dreams of being a circus performer. Currently, she resides in Toulouse, France while attending Escato'Lido, an international circus school. While Molly struggles to make her bed each morning, Meara makes her own costumes and shows!
Maid of Honor
Payton and Molly bonded over gossip and crisp glasses (bottles) of Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc while toiling away during vet school. She, along with Jenna, suffered through months of Molly guessing when and where her engagement would take place. If you see two cats in bow ties at the reception, mind your own business as those are Payton's dates.
Bridesmaid
Jenna and Molly bonded over the course of their fourth year of vet school, while supporting each other through radiology rounds and surgery rotations. Jenna completes the trio on wine nights, though she often brings her own rum-and-coke combination while Payton and Molly destroy the Kim Crawford.
Bridesmaid
Kayla is Molly's person... the yee to her haw if you will. The two met while studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland during Molly's senior year. Some weekends were spent traveling through Europe and braving hostels together, while others were sent cozied up at their favorite pub. There was never any doubt Kayla would be standing next to Molly on her wedding day, it was just meant to be.
Bridesmaid
Alexis is second cousin to Molly but first in her heart. The two met by pure chance at K-State, only discovering they were related later on. Since first becoming friends, the two have had the opportunity to watch each other thrive and grow through multiple stages in life. They enjoy harassing each other via text message, sending Spongebob memes back and forth, and questioning Alexis's choices in men on a routine basis.
Bridesmaid
Neva is one of Molly's soon-to-be sister-in-laws! Watching Neva thrive and grow at K-State both as a student and as a D1-athlete has been one of Molly's favorite experiences with the Roenne family. Neva also guided Molly through RCIA, an 8-month process where Molly accepted Christ into her life and joined the Catholic Church; this journey officially made Neva a godmother to Molly.
Bridesmaid
Mellany's job in life is to keep Molly young. She is always educating Molly on the newest slang (purr), fashion trends, and pop culture events. She also enjoys keeping Molly humble and reminding her of when she bleached her hair to the scalp (lest we forget). Through it all, she's always made Molly feel like a part of the family and like a big sister.
Dog of Honor
Of course, no monumental life event in Molly's life would be complete without her best friend. Moose will be in attendance for part of the night so keep a look out for the world's best boy.
Best Man
Jack is Boyd’s younger brother. Boyd got the height, but Jack was always the cooler of the Roenne boys. Whether it was the phiten necklaces in middle school, or the exotic boots and hats nowadays, Boyd has always been the boomer of the two.
Best Man
The man, the myth, the mustache. Hunter Carter is Boyd’s best friend from K-State. They met doing cowboy shit, and almost instantly became a problem. From the late night escapades, to just figuring out life, Hunter and Boyd have always gone together like cocaine and waffles.
Groomsman
Jon and Boyd met in vet school. As the 2 tallest kids in our class, we quickly hit it off. It just so happened, Jon is also the smartest dude Boyd knows, so his famous study guides, and study sessions in the troll hole carried Boyd through school. Jon also introduced Boyd to golf, both instilling a love for the game, and simultaneously ruining his life. He also grew up in Pennsylvania, which is basically Philadelphia, and we hold that against him every day.
Groomsman
Balcom and Boyd moved in at the beginning of vet school. Jackson first messaged Boyd on Facebook about living with him. Looking back, Boyd is very glad he wasn’t trafficked as a result. Whether it was Johnny Kaws, or intramural sports, Jackson and Boyd are a dynamic duo wherever they roll up.
