In the summer of 2017, we had been invited to a mutual friend's annual Fourth of July block party. Little did we know, this would be the day that changed everything. There had been hints that our meeting was highly anticipated (you might even call it a set-up), so when we came face-to-face we tried to play it cool and pretend we hadn't already checked each other out on social media. It wasn't long before we'd broken off from the rest of the party and found ourselves deep in conversation beside the bonfire. We shared our first kiss moments before the fireworks began, and they haven't faded since that night.

On October 21, 2020, amidst a global pandemic, we decided to take a ride on the new ferris wheel in the middle of Golden Gate Park. At sunset, while our gondola was stopped at the top, overlooking the city in which we have built our life together, Barrett got down on one knee and asked Molly to ride the wheel of life together. Now comes the fun part - celebrating our union with all our favorite people!
