The venue is within walking distance of many of the downtown Monterey hotels. We recommend walking or taking an Uber as parking is limited near the venue. If you intend to drive, take a look at the Travel & Lodging page to see a map of the closest parking lots you can use. Consider downloading the ParkMobile app ahead of time to save some time, as many lots in the area use it.
Cocktail attire. Wear something you already own or get something new you feel good in. Think suit or dress shirt with a tie or dress of any length or color. Make sure to wear layers, as it will be chilly at night. As our outdoor venue is rustic, we encourage comfortable shoes.
Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Barns at Cooper Molera, so you can settle in and get comfortable.
Please plan to arrive at 4pm, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30pm.
Early July in Monterey is typically mild and breezy. Daytime temperatures are usually in the mid-60s, and it can cool down into the 50s after sunset, especially near the coast. Our celebration will run from 4:00–10:00 PM and will be mostly outdoors, so we recommend bringing layers — a light jacket, wrap, or sweater will be perfect for the evening.
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoor/outdoor. Make sure to bring a jacket as it will likely be cool at night, though hopefully you're working up a sweat on the dance floor.
