Things To Do

Welcome to New York! Below are a few of our favorite places across the city. Our perfect day is wandering down from Flatiron through NoHo into Soho, hitting some of the classics listed here.

Friend Of A Farmer

77 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003

Great brunch spot, if the line isn't outrageous (which is typically before 11/11:30 AM).

Irving Farm Coffee

71 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003

Winter vibes in this coffee shop, on the best street in Manhattan: Irving Place.

Washington Square Park

New York, NY 10012

Duchess and Kayto's favorite spot, be sure to check out the fountain, scary dangerous homeless, and Duch's fetch grounds (big grassy patch on the northwest corner).

Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery

380 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003

The best brunch in the city, one of the few where you can usually walk in without a reservation. If there's no line, be sure to grab a supreme pastry - it's (almost) worth the calories.

Fanelli Café

94 Prince Street, New York, NY 10012

Our go-to dive bar down in soho, arguably the hottest corner in the city! The people watching is can't miss.

Lure Fishbar

142 Mercer Street, New York, NY 10012

Our first date spot. Great for lunch, drinks, or dinner. Pro tip: order the crispy sushi rice and buffalo chicken lollipops.

Comedy Cellar

117 MacDougal Street, New York, NY 10012

Comedy Cellar has 3 locations and they're all great - but this is our favorite. Grab tickets, even if you're not sure you'll go - there's no charge if you change your mind, just the cover fee if you show up.

Mercer Labs

21 Dey Street, New York, NY 10007

Immersive art experience that only lasts about an hour, and easy to grab tickets the day of.
