Please RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance and answer the questions as asked.

We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding weekend child free. We appreciate those who are making childcare arrangements, and also totally understand this may make it difficult for some to be there with us during the wedding weekend.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We want you to celebrate safely! Guest shuttles will run between Talta Lodge, Outbound and the venue. If you are not staying at the two hotels mentioned above, we encourage you to park at Talta or Outbound and take the shuttle from there. More details are in the transportation section.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We'd love to accommodate everyone, but we can only celebrate with those specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding. We can’t wait to have all of our favorite people with us in one place.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There is limited free parking available at the wedding venue. For both space and safety purposes, we strongly encourage guests to utilize the shuttles from Talta or Outbound if possible!

Yes! Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP, and our caterers will be happy to accommodate you.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If the weather cooperates, our ceremony will be held outside on the grass mountainside at Spruce and the cocktail hour will be outdoors at the adjacent patio. If it rains, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved inside the Spruce Lodge. The reception will be held indoors in the Great Room in the Spruce Lodge.
