Big Spring Park
During the Christmas season, the Tinsel Trail is up. There are tons of Christmas trees that different people, organizations, and businesses have decorated. There is also ice skating outside. It's great for a romantic walk after dusk. It's also within walking distance of Pan e Vino, a pizza place with great pizza, pasta, and wine.
Huntsville Botanical Garden
This is the time of the year that the botanical gardens has their Galaxy of Lights. It's so pretty, and you don't have to leave the warmth of your car. It's a drive thru experience. This Huntsville tradition is a great thing to do to help get into the Christmas Spirit.
Space and Rocket Center
It has the Saturn V. Need we say more?
Campus No. 805
This is a fun place. It used to be a school. The gym has been converted into a brewery. There are several good places to grab a drink and some food. One of our favorite date night places to go is Rock n Roll Sushi here. They also have Axe Throwing and wine and paint nights.
Stovehouse
Tons of fun restaurants and breweries. This is one of Huntsville's up and coming locations.
Bridge Street Town Centre
This is an open air mall. The Christmas decorations are gorgeous. It has some great shopping places and places to eat. Some of the dining includes: PF Chang's, Bravo(Italian), Catina Laredo(Mexican), Urban Cookhouse, Moe's, Red Robin, Texas de Brazil, Connor's Steakhouse, and others.
