Things To Do in Mammoth lakes
First and foremost, with this winter we are having odds are pretty high that we will be skiing/riding on or before our wedding day. Please plan accordingly.
Mammoth lakes provides endless summer activities. With over 300 miles of hiking trails and 100+ lakes in the area I doubt anyone will be bored. Fishing in the area is top notch, just a 25 minute drive away you have the world renowned Owens river for fly fishing.
Crowley lake with boat rentals/fishing and off-roading trails
Convict lake with some of the most gorgeous scenery around.
Wild Willy’s natural hot springs (this is a must for anyone who has never been here) after sunset recommended.
You’ll be a stones throw from the entrance to Yosemite national park
Or around the corner from mammoths sister town June lake
You can also rent bikes from town and cruise the miles of paved bike trails that zigzag around the lakes
There is also a bowling alley in town that is always rockin. Or plenty of breweries to explore
