Question

But what am I supposed to wear?

Answer

For those of you curious about what to wear to this shindig.... Close your eyes, think about being on top of a mountain, wind blowing in your hair, you’re in a field of poppies, birds are chirping, are you singing ? You might be singing, maybe fishing? Paul Bunyan to your left and Sasquatch to your right. You’re walking towards the edge of the forest …….. Now, what are you wearing? We challenge you to dress up your flannels and glam up those tie dyes. Show us your best representation of Mountain Chic, Lumber jack chic, or just straight off the Grateful Dead lot, but make it chic. We are looking for that to be interpreted (or un-interpreted) in any way, whatever way you see fit. We encourage sparkle and shine, color and texture. Big bold prints, plaids, florals or tie dyes (duh). Dresses that flow and pants that should have you boogieing right across the floor. The only tux we expect to see is a Canadian tuxedo. This Wedding is built for comfort and fun, we ask you to lean into it as much or as little as you choose, what ever you decide to wear make sure you are comfortable enough to show up with your best moves, an appetite for food, drinks and fun while making sure no one leaves with the Cumberland blues.
