Our relationship began during our freshman year of high school when we met randomly in the cafeteria. We were both so shy and awkward, but somehow, despite that, we started to date. Neither of us had ever dated before, so we were very timid and nervous about what was to come, but our relationship continued to grow and change as we did. We kept dating throughout high school and eventually decided to go to college together (hotty toddy)! Each year together was filled with indescribable growth and amazing new memories, and our shared history strengthened our relationship. We love that we've had the privilege of growing up together, and find it hard to believe we are actually engaged! We've spent over 1/3 of our lives together, but it feels like no time has passed at all. Our lives have become fused together throughout the past 9 years, and we are so excited to celebrate our history and the experiences yet to come!

Logan planned the SWEETEST proposal ever! With the help of my two maids of honor, Logan tricked me into getting dressed up and meeting at the bottom of Art Hill. The story starts with Ella and Carolyn both sneakily texting me to let me know they'd be visiting. They texted a few weeks apart from each other so it wouldn't raise suspicion. Carolyn told me that she wanted to go to her cousin's art show at Art Hill on Friday night. Ella then said she didn't have plans Friday night, and asked if she could join whatever we were doing. She suggested having a picnic before going to the art show, and Carolyn said we probably needed to wear dresses for this event. We got dressed up, drove to St. Louis, and started walking down the hill to "meet Carolyn's aunt." Instead of finding her aunt at the bottom of the hill, I found Logan standing there, and immediately knew what was happening. It was the most beautiful night and made me feel SO loved!
