A small museum but a nice collection of Norman Rockwell's art and memorabilia. You can also see his workshop. Located down the road in Stockbridge MA.
Monument Mountain Reservation
Great place for a short hike. Close to Gedney farms nice views of the area.
Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum
An example of one of the "Cottages" in the Berkshires, built in the late 19th century. Today you can tour property and the building. Some of the rooms are still being restored, so you can also see the restoration process in action. Also the set of the film, "Cider House Rules!" Close to downtown Lenox, a cute town to poke around in.

Home of Edith Wharton, you can visit the estate as well as the grounds. Close to downtown Lenox, a cute town to poke around in.

A bit of a drive from Gedney and Great Barrington, but a great museum for modern art.

Another hiking spot not too far from Gedney and Great Barrington.

Nature Preserve for hiking very close to Gedney Farm. One of the properties of the Trustees of Reservation.
