Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The reception will be on an old barn floor, so we don't recommend very pointy heels.

How should we get to Gedney Farms?

Answer

There will be a bus from the hotels (Great Barrington Marriott Fairfield Inn & Old Inn on the Green) to the venue with hourly return trips after dinner. There is limited parking on site so please take the bus if possible!

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

The bride is wearing white! The bridesmaids are wearing pine green. The groomsmen (and Maddy) will be wearing gray with pine green accents.

What is the temperature & weather like?

Answer

It depends, but typically it will be on the colder side. We are indoors for both the ceremony & reception, although there is the option for folks to mosey outside during the cocktail hour (weather permitting).

Covid?

Answer

What a wild and crazy time! While things are continuing to change weekly, we will try to update this as we get closer to the event. At this time, we would appreciate it if you could please complete a COVID test--home test is fine!--within 72hrs of the event. If your test is positive, please stay home! We will encourage a mask-friendly environment where anyone who would feel more comfortable wearing a mask is welcome to do so. The event will mostly be indoors.
