Alaska Airlines

We recommend signing up for the Alaska Air credit card. The sign on bonus includes miles and a companion fare that can be used to help make this trip a bit more affordable. Please note that the spending minimum must be completed with in the allotted time frame in order to receive the miles in time to book for the trip. We suggest booking sooner than later! See link above for more information. Tip: Try to book seats on the right hand side of the plane when flying into Kodiak for a bird's eye view of the island.

We recommend booking flights, accommodations, and rentals cars as soon as possible. Besides the hotel recommendations below. Airbnb and VRBO both have local housing accommodations options as well.

This is included in our Hotel Block. Conveniently located down town with harbor views. We have a room block here from 9/7-9/10. Please ask for "Welch/Moir Wedding" when booking. Booking will need to be made at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding.

Best Western Kodiak Inn

Located in the heart of downtown within walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, coffee and the brewery. Includes a top floor restaurant/bar with live music on the weekend. We have a room block here from 9/7-9/10 under “Welch/Moir wedding”. Booking will need to be made at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
