Hilton Checkers Los Angeles

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hilton Checkers Los Angeles for our Ultimate Romance Party weekend. The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk from the wedding venue, right around the corner on the same block. Use the booking link below to access our group rate. If you’re booking through the group rate, please be sure to adjust your check in and check out dates as needed. The link default is currently set for guests to check out the morning of December 28, which is the day of our wedding. Feel free to adjust to December 29. Check in starts at 4 PM and check out is by 11 AM. If you would like a late check out until 3 PM you can request it upon arrival for an extra fee. Valet parking is available at the hotel for guests who plan to drive.

Getting to Downtown Los Angeles

Whether you are flying into Los Angeles International Airport or Hollywood Burbank Airport, there are a few ways to reach our hotel and venue in Downtown Los Angeles. From LAX Rideshare services Lyft, Uber, and Waymo are also available at LAX and will get you downtown in roughly 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Take the FlyAway Bus from any terminal to Union Station, which takes about 35 to 50 minutes. At Union Station transfer to Metro B Line (Red) or Metro D Line (Purple) and ride one stop to Pershing Square Station then walk to Hilton Checkers or The Oviatt. From BUR The quickest option is rideshare Lyft, Uber, or Waymo to Downtown Los Angeles which usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. You can also take the free airport shuttle to Burbank Airport South Metrolink Station then ride the Ventura County Line to Union Station in around 30 minutes. From there transfer to Metro B Line or D Line to Pershing Square Station and walk to the hotel or venue. Safe travels!

Welcome Party Picnic

Saturday, December 27th from 3 PM to 5 PM Los Angeles State Historic Park 1245 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Transportation and Parking If you plan to drive to the welcome picnic, there is a paid parking lot at the park and plenty of street parking nearby. We will share a dropped pin closer to the date once we choose our picnic spot in the park.
