Where is the venue located?

Answer

The event will be held at The Oviatt, a historic Art Deco penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It is located at the southwest corner of Pershing Square, near 6th and South Olive Street.

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

The Oviatt is located just steps from the Pershing Square Metro station and is easy to reach by Lyft, Uber, or Waymo. If you plan to enjoy the open bar, we recommend using public transit or rideshare. Valet parking will also be available for guests from 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Is there a recommended hotel nearby?

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Enjoy an open bar all evening with signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non alcoholic drinks, plus agua fresca available throughout the night. After cocktails and appetizers, dinner will be served buffet style with plenty of options, followed by dessert, coffee, and a treat to take home.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free options?

Answer

Yes, we have made sure to include a variety of dishes to accommodate different dietary needs. If you have any allergies or specific restrictions, please get in touch so we can notify our caterers and explore suitable substitutions.

What can I expect the evening to look like?

Answer

The celebration begins at 6 PM with cocktails and passed bites, followed by a rooftop ceremony at 7 PM. Dinner and dancing will carry us through the rest of the night. We recommend arriving by 6 PM so you do not miss the ceremony, but feel free to come and go as needed. And yes, there will be dancing, so bring your best moves!

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, they are warmly welcome. Our guest list is intimate, so we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Unfortunately, we're not able to accommodate additional guests. A security guard will check names at the door before guests take the elevator to the penthouse.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults only evening.

Life happens, so just keep us posted if your plans change.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your company is the greatest gift! If you’d like to give, we have a few funds you can contribute to via credit card or Venmo. Any amount is appreciated.

Will the event be photographed or filmed?

Answer

Yes, a professional photographer will be capturing the evening. We will also have disposable cameras for guests to use. Please use the cameras during the event and leave them behind so we can develop the photos and share them online. We look forward to seeing the night through your eyes!

What about the welcome party and after party?

Answer

Our welcome party picnic is an informal gathering the day before the wedding to connect with friends and family. The wedding festivities end around midnight, and hotel check out is at 11 AM the next day. Let’s see where the night takes us!
