When you arrive to Bali Customs, you will receive a "VISA on Arrival" that lasts for 30 days as you are there on a "tourism visit." This visa is FREE and you will receive a stamp. No, please do not purchase a SIM card at the airport as people have been scammed in the past by this method. If you would like to obtain cellular service, we would recommend purchasing a SIM card at a local shop near Sthala.
If you want to schedule a car to pick you up when you arrive at the airport you can go on this website to do so. Follow the directions to schedule your car and it will meet you for pick up at the airport. https://reservation.bluebirdgroup.com/ You can also go to the Golden Bird Window at the airport. Before you exit those last glass doors after you have picked up your bags and gone through customs, you will find the Golden Bird window where you can also book a taxi.
